Dibber eligibility

Dibbers must be at least 18, be legally authorized to perform the work in the United States, and complete the required Stripe identity-verification and payout-onboarding process using a valid driver’s license or another government-issued photo ID accepted by Stripe.

Dibbers must provide accurate identity, payout, and legally required tax information. Identity verification does not replace any separate employment-eligibility verification required by law.

Compensation and payouts

Each Gig displays its hourly rate before a Dibber accepts it. The current minimum hourly rate across our pricing rules is $30.00, excluding tips. Gigs may offer higher rates or additional bonuses, as disclosed before acceptance.

Compensation is calculated using the accepted hourly rate and compensable time, together with applicable guarantees, bonuses, and tips. LineDIBS will not retroactively reduce an accepted rate. Tips belong entirely to the Dibber and do not count toward the accepted hourly rate. Platform deductions will not reduce compensation below that minimum or any higher accepted rate.

Next Hustle LLC pays Dibbers weekly through Stripe. The weekly payout day, covered pay period, and expected bank-processing time will be disclosed in writing during onboarding before the Dibber accepts a Gig.

Dibbers must maintain accurate payout information. Stripe or bank-processing issues do not eliminate Next Hustle LLC’s obligation to pay earned compensation within the agreed schedule and applicable legal deadlines.

SMS Communications

Program operator. The LineDIBS SMS program is operated by Next Hustle LLC. Support is available at [email protected].

Consent and message types. When you separately opt in, LineDIBS may send text messages to the mobile number you provide about your application, account, confirmed Bookings, accepted Gigs, arrival and handoff coordination, cancellations, earnings, weekly Stripe payouts, and support requests. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Marketing. We do not send marketing text messages. Your agreement covers service-related communications only.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your activity and subscriptions. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.

Participation. Consent to service-related text messages is required to complete signup and use LineDibs. Withdrawing SMS consent does not forfeit earned compensation or refund rights.

Opting out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the LineDIBS SMS program. You may receive one nonpromotional message confirming your request. We also honor other reasonable requests to stop messages, including requests sent to [email protected]. We process opt-outs promptly and within applicable legal deadlines. After opting out, you must enroll again before recurring messages resume.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel a Booking or close your account. Contact [email protected] to arrange another way to receive necessary service updates.

Help. Reply HELP or email [email protected].

Your number. Provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Notify us if you change or relinquish it.

Delivery. Text delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier or device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law. SMS should not be used for emergencies.
